As event planners and businesses consider altering the details of upcoming conferences, corporate gatherings, or feeding their employees who are still coming in to work, seamless and reliable food service continues to be a crucial ingredient for any successful event. Finding a catering partner who can flex their service offerings to accommodate these concerns can be challenging, and we’re finding that offering drop-off catering services is a valuable solution to provide peace of mind for event organizers and their guests.

Partnering with Off the Grid as a catering solution makes it possible for you to support our community of small businesses while feeling confident in the quality—and diversity—of food options we offer through our platform of over 300 food Creators. We’re able to cater to diverse menu preferences and dietary restrictions with ease, carefully grouping mobile food vendors together to craft a custom event experience every time.
In addition to requiring high-quality menu items, we also work with our Creators to ensure they’re adhering to strict food safety standards. Here’s what you can expect at your next catering event, whether it’s a drop-off, indoor, outdoor or curbside service:
* Use of nitrile gloves are required when preparing, handling and/or serving food
* Hand sanitizer made available for guests at service windows, tables or carts
* All surfaces and condiment bottles/stations will be cleaned with disinfecting wipes or proper sanitation solutions every hour
* Any Off the Grid staff member who is sick will be asked to stay home
