Applications for Off the Grid’s 2018 Destination Market [CLOSED]

 
 
Now entering its 8th season, Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center is a Bay Area icon and the largest recurring night-time street food festival in Northern California.
 
Guests enjoy diverse street food from a rotating line up of 30+ of the Bay Area’s best mobile concepts and inventive menu items from Off the Grid’s culinary development program known as Instrucktional, along with craft cocktails, beer and wine, DJs, weekly programming and a lively communal atmosphere. Held Friday evenings at historic Fort Mason Center from March 2 to October 19, Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center attracts upwards of 8,000 guests each week who seek to unwind and connect.
 
 
 
 
 
What to expect in 2018:
 
This year, guests can look forward to streamlined event layout that will include additional seating and communal areas, the integration of Cubert Cold Prep (an innovative open air pop-up kitchen recently featured in the New York Times), as well as a renewed focus on high-quality mobile food partners and a premier guest experience.

With a limited number of food truck and Cubert Cold Prep kitchen spaces available, Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center provides an exclusive showcase of the Bay Area’s top mobile food concepts. Whether you’re an established business with a brick and mortar restaurant, an up-and-coming food truck operator or a hobbyist with killer culinary chops, we want to hear from you!
