Can you believe it’s been 131 days or 3,144 hours since Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center went into hibernation? We can’t either, but we are excited to be back in action on March 6th for the opening night of our 10th season! We can honestly say that this year will be the best yet, with more creators, more unique menu items, more themed nights, and more of what makes San Francisco the unique place that it is.
With all the new and exciting things that are taking place this season, we thought we would give you a sneak peek into the 10 new dishes you won’t want to miss out on trying this season!
1. AdoboS N’ More
Adobo Fries: Fries topped with pork adobo, cheese, garlic aioli, and green onions.
2. Bacon Bacon
The Bacon Double Cheeseburger: Bacon Bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, secret sauce, poppy seed bun.
3. Little Skillet
The Works: 2 pc fried chicken, waffle, sides of mac and cheese and kale slaw.
4. Llama En Llamas
Yogui—Savory waffle on a stick with the choice of 6 different filling options, including Garlic shrimp and cheese
5. Mestiza Taqueria
Vegan Mexipino Nachos: Fresh tortilla Chips topped with vegan chili cheese sauce, seasonal veggies, black beans, guacamole, pickled red onions, and green papaya achara.
6. Smooch Tartshop
Lemon & Ginger Meringue: Zesty meyer lemon and ginger curd, torched Swiss meringue, pâte sablée crust.
7. The Golden Marrow
Garlic Lover’s: Marrow glazed and roasted with house-made black garlic oil, topped with fried garlic bits, micro cilantro, and 24K gold flakes; 5 spice served on a bed of crispy house-made dumpling noodle prepared with butter and savory spices.
8. Uji Time Dessert
Black Sesame soft serve in a taiyaki cone.
9. OG Tacos
Quesabirria: Taco with cheese and Birria
10. Turontastic
Ado-Bao – Pulled chicken adobo meat with shredded carrots, thinly sliced cucumber and parsley all stuffed in a Bao bread, drizzled with adobo glaze sauce.
