Appetizers

Barya Kitchen

We can’t think of a better way to start a party than with Barya’s birria lumpia. It’s the perfect finger food to greet guests with as they arrive. Don’t miss out on their ube black sesame horchata!

D’Grobak

If you’re looking to treat your guests with a dish they can’t find anywhere else in the Bay, you can’t go wrong with D’Grobak’s Indonesian beef ball soup. It comes loaded with five bakso (including one made with quail egg), tofu, fried chicken and shrimp wontons, beef tendon, grilled steak, bone marrow broth, vegetables, and mixed noodles.

El Sur

For a diverse selection of appetizers, El Sur offers a variety of Argentinian empanadas. A fan favorite happens to be vegetarian — it’s filled with mushrooms, shallot, creme fraiche, provolone, and chives. Meat lovers will enjoy their beef, onion, and pepper option.

Main Course

Jollof Kitchen

A plate of jollof is truly a feast of its own. There’s no better option for introducing people to the dish than Jollof Kitchen. They won the Jollof Festival twice and have vegetarian and pescetarian options. Every menu item includes jollof rice and plantains. Then, you choose between fish, goat meat, beef, chicken, or beans and spinach. Our favorite is the special combo which includes chicken, beans, and spinach which allows you to sample a bit of everything.

Grégoire

Grégoire is the mobile spin-off of the famous French restaurant in Berkeley. This option is best if you’re looking to impress with options like a roasted butternut squash sandwich filled with caramelized onions, gorgonzola cream, and candied pecans. Their fried chicken sandwich served with crispy potato puffs is a fan favorite.

Mozzeria

Let us bring a wood-fired pizzeria to your event. Mozzeria’s Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with a tender, flavorful dough that’s kissed with char marks from their wood-fired oven. Their pizza options include a margherita, quattro formaggi, salumi, and shiitake.

Dessert

Brigacheiro

Brigachero specializes in brigadeiro, a Brazilian truffle, made by rolling a sweetened condensed milk chocolate in toppings. Brigachero offers 12 flavors ranging from chocolatey to fruity. There’s flavors like coffee, passion fruit, salted caramel, guava, and more.

Jolly’s Tea Cream

When you can’t decide between milk tea or ice cream for dessert, go with a mashup of both. Jolly’s makes ice cream infused with tea flavors and topped with housemade boba, pocky, sprinkles, or whipped cream. We love their chocolate smoke made with lapsang suchong.
