OTG catering is adaptable to any indoor or outdoor space. We can scale events from 50 to 50,000 attendees. We go beyond just offering food trucks — we also take care of event design, menu curation, contract management, rental coordination, and onsite management. We’ll even deal with permits, insurance, and liability coverage. It’s all consolidated to one simple to understand bill for your convenience; so can focus on enjoying your event.

Food Service Options

Food trucks: We’re known for hosting some of the Bay Area’s hottest food truck events, and we can bring our food truck experience to your next event! Choose from over 300 food trucks and more than 70 types of cuisine. The food is prepared fresh on-site. This option is ideal for full meals at high volume gatherings.

Food carts: These small mobile kitchens go big on flavor and presentation. They’re ideal for snacks, drinks, and desserts. Their mobility makes them a great option for venues with limited space or lack of access for a food truck.

Pop-up tented stations: This catering setup is enclosed within a tent or canopy and brings the food truck variety to spaces without vehicle access. We work with a variety of exciting pop-up restaurants that match the aesthetic needs of any event.

Styled interior stations: These food spaces replicate the marketplace and variety of an outdoor event. Staff serve the food from behind counters or tables. This option is best for events for formal environments and coordinators looking for a cohesive indoor/outdoor experience.

Buffet style service: Bring Off the Grid’s food variety and quality to an all-you-can-eat feast. This option is ideal for a casual dining experience at large parties, weddings, and corporate events.

All day conference-style service: Provide continental breakfast, all day snacks, and refreshments to enhance your attendee’s experience. This option is the perfect addition to conference meals.

Tray passed: Servers bring trays of bite-sized dishes to guests. This option blends the convenience of having a food truck with the elegance of formal catering.
