Program FAQ

Who is the program for?

The Treasure Island free meals program is intended for residents of Treasure Island only.

How often do food trucks come?

Food trucks will be located on the corner of Gateview Ave and Northpoint Drive every Wednesday evening from 4:30-6:30 PM and Saturday afternoon from 11:30-2:30 PM.

How many meals can I have?

Each resident may receive up to two meals, depending on how many people live in their household.

I have food allergies or dietary preferences. Can I still participate?

All food trucks will offer a vegetarian option for those who request it, and will be able to accommodate most food allergies. Please communicate any food sensitivities when you order.

Why are you collecting survey information?

The optional survey is meant for the San Francisco Human Services Agency to learn more about the demographics of the people participating in this event.

Can I opt-out of the survey and still receive meals?

Yes. Your participation in the survey each week does not impact your ability to receive meals.
