How it works

Click the button above to view menus from participating vendors. Make sure to submit your order by Friday at noon for the following Sunday. Please order everything you need for your picnic, as vendors may not be able to provide add-ons the day of the event.

Look for our Picnic Pickup logo at your vendor's tent or truck when you arrive. Your food has been lovingly prepared for you and will be ready at the time you've selected.

No need to wait in line! Head to the front to pick up your food. The Presidio Picnic is now yours to enjoy with your group-- no time wasted.


What happens if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the event, you will receive credit to use for another date and package. Customers who cancel 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund for their purchase.

What happens if the vendor I chose does not show up to Picnic?

In the rare chance that a vendor is unable to make it to Picnic on the day of your event, we will contact you and also provide you with promotional tokens to replace your order with other vendors on-site. If a vendor, needs to cancel an order 7+ days in advance, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, please reach out to the vendor directly for any questions that you may have. Please make sure you order everything you need for your picnic. The vendors may not be able to provide add-ons on the day of your event.

How do I pick up my order?

Look for our Picnic Pickup logo, find your favorite food truck or tent that was chosen here, and head to the front of the line. Your order will be ready and waiting. Print out your confirmation or have it available on your phone to show the vendor.
