How it works

1. CHOOSE YOUR PICNIC PACKAGE

Choose from a variety of exclusive menu packages prepared by your favorite local vendors. Orders are due Friday at 12 p.m. for the following Sunday. Be sure to order everything you need, as vendors may not be able to provide add-ons the day of the event.

2. PRINT OR SCREENSHOT YOUR CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve finalized your order, print or screenshot your confirmation and have it ready to present at your chosen picnic vendor’s tent or truck when you arrive.

3. PICK UP YOUR ORDER @ PRESIDIO PICNIC

No need to wait — head to the front of the line to pick up your order, which will be ready for you at your selected time. Grab a prime spot on the lawn and tuck into your hassle-free picnic!

FAQ

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If your order is canceled within 72 hours of the event, you will receive a credit to use on another date. Customers who cancel 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund.

What happens if the vendor I chose doesn't show up to Presidio Picnic?

If a vendor cancels an order 7 or more days in advance of your selected date, you will be notified and will receive a full refund. In the rare event that a vendor cancels with less than 7 days notice, we will provide you with the equivalent value in grub tokens to be redeemed at another vendor of your choice.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order after it's been placed?

Please reach out to your chosen vendor directly. We recommend making extra sure you’ve ordered everything you need for your group, as vendors may not be able to provide add-ons the day of the event.
