The San Jose Food Relief Program has served the San Jose community for nearly 2 years, supporting those most at risk for COVID-19. As that program ends on June 30th, the City of San Jose has awarded the Off the Grid Food Responders program a grant to continue to support those most vulnerable to COVID-19 who are unable to pick up groceries themselves due to medical risk, or other limitations.
